Flower Power is not your grandma’s flower shop. We’re rooted in the ‘60s and reaching for a future we all want. One of peace, love, joy, fulfillment…and flowers. Flower Power is about working in a space where who you are and what you believe, think and feel are appreciated. A place where you’re seen as a leader, even if you’re ‘just’ delivering flowers. Where doing business takes a back seat to being human.
We started Flower Power because we were curious: what would it be like to create a work environment where people are truly valued, where their individuality and brilliance are honored and appreciated? What kind of impact could we have if we focused on creating positive, memorable experiences for our employees and our customers?
We believe that if we have a clear purpose, operate our business from our values, invest in our employees and our community, and honor our commitment to providing exceptional experiences, the rest (like making money and ‘success’) will take care of itself. Our employees will be having a blast, because work won’t really be work. And, our customers will experience a fun, positive atmosphere where they can come play and create! Think of a giant sandbox we can all play, learn and grow in an environment, surrounded by flowers.

Connection. Flower Power isn’t full of glass figurines or other fragile stuff. There’s lots of room for you. We’d love to meet you and talk about flowers, you or life!
Truth. No BS…period. If we can’t give you what you want, we’ll refer you to another florist. If you’re not happy, for any reason, we really want to know.
Community. Our shop is your shop. Come in, and play with flowers. You’re always welcome to play at Flower Power. We also believe in giving back to the community. 10% of Flower Power’s profits will go to support Durango charities.
